My name is Dominic Fenton. At The Activity Connector, I’m driven by a simple belief:
With over 22 years’ experience across sport and education, I’ve dedicated my career to helping children and young people discover the joy of physical activity.
I work closely with schools, clubs, and organisations to create opportunities where every child can thrive, whether that’s through coaching, workshops, or building partnerships that make a lasting impact.
Beyond youth engagement, I’m also passionate about raising awareness of mental health, leading events, and speaking at conferences to inspire communities across the UK and beyond.

Just being open and honest about his own personal journey with mental health hit deep and it was also so refreshing to see a man talking about his struggles and not just putting on that mask we often wear
Last November we held a charity gala and had Dom as a main speaker, we knew from day one he was the person we wanted.
The way he shares his story whilst not only helping you understand what he was feeling but also making us aware of the struggles that so many men hide from the world
